Every night, more than 7,600 young people in Victoria are without safe and stable accommodation. Through MCM’s youth homelessness programs, we support young people to move beyond crisis and build independent, fulfilling lives.
For many, the final barrier to transitioning out of homelessness towards independence is not motivation, but resources. Young people moving from care to their own home often lack the bond, rental history, furniture, household essentials, transport, and family support needed to establish a home of their own.
A donation to the MCM Youth Starter Pack Initiative helps bridge that gap. Every $2,500 funds a Starter Pack, providing practical support and essential household items to help a young person successfully transition into independent living.
